We provide a setup and configuration service for our customers to use Google Apps for their email. If you are having any problems you should first check out the Google Apps Help Center for possible solutions.

This is a known issue and Google are still working at finding a perminant solution. However, it can help to make sure you account has a strong password (Access the settings menu from the top right corner of the screen when you are logged in to the web based email), and you can also try to re-unlock the captcha using the URL below:-
https://www.google.com/a/yourdomain.com/UnlockCaptcha
Don't forget to replace "yourdomain.com" with the domain name for your email accounts.
