Webmail
The Google powered email system can be accessed online from any web browser. You will have been sent the details of the URL we have setup for you, but normally you can also use http://webmail.yourdomainname or http://mail.google.com/a/yourdomainname to access the system.

Desktop Email
If you prefer a more traditional desktop email client such as Outlook, Apple Mail or Mozilla Thunderbird to read and respond to your emails, then that is not a problem. The email system supports both traditional POP and the newer and more flexible IMAP email delivery formats. We recommend using IMAP and Mozilla Thunderbird.
We will try to give you as much help as we can with your chosen email client, however at the moment we only offer detailed instructions for Mozilla Thunderbird.
